Hi, I’m Jodie — a huge animal lover, dog mum, and someone who truly believes dogs are family. I share my life with my two dogs, Hugo and Belle, who are very much my world. Hugo is gentle, calm, and happiest when he’s close by, while Belle is full of energy and always ready to play, both dogs are from Darling Doodles. Together, they bring so much joy, balance, and personality into everyday life.

Spending time outdoors with the dogs is one of my favourite things, especially long walks exploring locally or heading to the New Forest — it’s my way to switch off, recharge, and enjoy nature. When I’m not with the dogs or helping out with the puppies, I love spending quality time with my family, whether that’s a cosy evening at home or going out for dinner together. I also enjoy travelling, both in the UK and abroad, and love discovering new places whenever I get the chance.

I’m warm, friendly, and down-to-earth, and I thrive in an environment where care, kindness, and trust are at the heart of everything. Alongside my role with Claire, I also offer two puppy boarding options designed to give both puppies and their families the very best start.

1. Standard Puppy Boarding

Puppies come to stay with me from 8 weeks old and are cared for as part of the family. During their time with me, they begin their toilet training and continue the crate training already introduced by the breeder. They also enjoy gentle, positive socialisation with Hugo and Belle — Hugo providing calm reassurance, and Belle offering playful confidence. Puppies stay with me until their families are ready to collect them.

2. Puppy Boarding with Training & Socialisation

This option is ideal for families who would like extra support in those early weeks. Puppies stay with me from 8 weeks old and receive basic training, including sit, lie down, toilet training, and continued crate training. They also benefit from lots of positive socialisation experiences — time with Hugo and Belle, trips out in the pram, short car journeys, and exposure to everyday sights and sounds to help build confidence. These places could be coffee shops, garden centre's, urban areas, rural areas etc.

What matters most to me is creating a calm, positive, and welcoming experience for both puppies and their new families. I want every puppy to leave me feeling confident and well-prepared for their new home, and for families to feel supported, reassured, and excited about the journey ahead. I’m always happy to guide and support you through those first steps so everything feels smooth, confident, and enjoyable. The first weeks of the puppy leaving the litter are the most important and you need to get it right from the off to build a positive confident foundation for the puppy. You will receive a daily diary via WhatsApp with what adventures your puppy has been up to that day and lots of photos!

Boarding needs to be arranged in advance to make sure there is availability.

Standard boarding is £30.00 per day

Board and Train is £50.00 per day

Payment is made directly to Jodie 48 hours by Bank transfer before collection.
